Romancya Shipping Policy

Effective Date: August 15, 2025

At Romancya, we’re committed to getting your dream dresses and timeless jewelry to you as quickly and safely as possible.


1. Order Processing Time

  • In-stock items: 1–3 business days to process before shipping.

  • During peak periods (sales, holidays), processing may take 2–4 extra days due to high order volumes.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow its journey to your door. You can also check the real-time status of your package anytime here:

2. Shipping Times & Rates

We ship worldwide 🌍.
Estimated shipping times (after processing):

  • USA, UK, Canada, Australia: 6–12 business days

  • Europe: 6–14 business days

  • Other Countries: 8–18 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on location.


3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict or control these charges.
If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned to us, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.


4. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders

Your satisfaction is our priority:

  • Damaged or defective items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a free replacement.

  • Lost orders: If tracking shows no movement for more than 15 business days, reach out to us so we can investigate and resolve it.

  • Wrong size or item: Covered under our Free Replacement policy.


5. Safe Place Deliveries

If you request your package be left in a safe place:

  • You assume responsibility once the courier delivers it to that location.

  • Romancya will not be liable for loss, theft, or damage after delivery.


6. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • You can make changes (address, size, color, or product) within 12 hours of placing your order.

  • After 12 hours, orders are likely already being processed and cannot be modified.

  • To cancel or change your order, email support@romancya.com immediately.


7. Holiday & Sale Period Delays

During high-demand times (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), please allow an extra 3–5 business days for processing and delivery.
